MobTies Roleplay is a FiveM roleplay server for GTA V.
MobTies is a curated selection of scripts and MLOs, chosen to give you the best player experience. We consistently aim for the best quality for our player base, which is why we run a combination of store-bought and hand-made scripts and MLOs.
This project is by no means finished. We continue to develop the server and actively listen to our community for input and feedback.
Los Santos is a city infested with widespread corruption
It only takes a few good people to make a change for the better. The promise of a city without any organized crime is an alluring image. You may have to cut corners here and there, grease some palms and fill and line a few pockets along the road. But it's all worth it for the greater good.

Every family brings its own roots, codes and ways of doing business. Earn their trust, or make an enemy of them.
Italy
The Italians
The oldest money in Los Santos. The Italians came west when the city was still orange groves and dirt roads, and they never left. Today they hide behind restaurants, construction firms and union halls, but every contract signed in this city passes through their hands first.
They live by the old rules: respect is earned, debts are paid, and problems are settled at the table before they are settled any other way.
Ireland
The Irish
The Irish own the docks. Generations of dock workers, truckers and bar owners on Elysian Island turned into the crew that decides what comes off the ships, and what quietly goes missing on the way.
They are loud, loyal and stubborn to a fault. Cross one of them and you've crossed every last one of them.
Russia
The Russians
The Russians arrived after the Soviet Union fell, with nothing but prison tattoos and contacts in every port between Odessa and Vladivostok. Within a decade they controlled the city's weapons trade.
Cold, organised and patient, they don't make threats. If you owe the Russians, they already know where you live.
Japan
The Japanese
The Japanese built their empire after dark. Nightclubs, high-stakes card rooms and the street-racing scene all answer to them, and the import tuning shops that keep it running pay tribute every month.
Discipline and hierarchy are everything. Lose face, and the family will make sure you lose more than that.
Mexico
The Mexicans
The Mexicans run the desert. From ranches and truck stops across Blaine County they control every route north from the border, and whatever travels those roads pays their toll.
Family comes first, always. They are generous to friends and merciless to anyone who forgets whose land they are standing on.

A real arrival
New characters land at LSIA and catch a cab into the city. After some small talk with the driver you get to choose where your story starts.
Custom chop shops
Our chop shops are hand-made, not bought off the shelf, with a more in-depth minigame than any store-bought chop script. Jack a car up, strip it piece by piece and move the parts.
Custom interiors
Reworked Benny's with its own car park, Mosley's Auto Shop, a rebuilt job centre and new builds going up across the map.
Hunting
Passion for the outdoors? Go out on an adventure to hunt, skin and gut wildlife. Sell the hides and meat, or grill the meat and enjoy the spoils of the hunt yourself. Our custom hunting script includes a hunting rifle unique to FiveM.
Player real estate market
Carve out your corner of the city as a real estate mogul: buy, sell and rent out properties to other players on your way to the top. Decorate interiors to turn a house into a true home.
Small crimes build big stories
Siphon fuel with a hose and a jerry can, crack a car with a lug wrench to steal some belongings. Little hustles with the potential to turn into big scenes.
Player-run pawn shop
Buy and sell used items in our player-run pawn shop. Or clock in for a shift and earn commission on every item sold.
Never a dull moment
Our Burger Shot comes with a custom self-order screen and a variety of minigames for preparing the menu items. Beyond that, the restaurant is the perfect catalyst for chaos.
Racing
With our custom racing script you can set up races, challenge other players and keep a leaderboard of the fastest lap times and drivers.

Questions
What is MobTies RP?
MobTies RP (MTRP) is a FiveM roleplay server for GTA V built around five nationality-rooted mob families (Japanese, Russian, Mexican, Italian and Irish), with a curated mix of store-bought and hand-made scripts and MLOs.
How do I join?
Install GTA V and FiveM, join our Discord, then search “MobTies RP” in the FiveM server list. You can also press F8 in FiveM and type connect cfx.re/join/XXXXXX.
Do I have to join a mob family?
No. The families shape the city, but you can just as well work a legit job, run a business, hunt, fix cars or sell them.
What framework does the server run on?
Qbox (qbx_core) with ox_lib and ox_inventory, plus a curated mix of store-bought and hand-made scripts.
Is it free?
Yes. You only need a legal copy of GTA V on PC and the free FiveM client.
